Yes I am retiring at the end of this term. I am very happy about starting my new life. My husband and I are going on a 3 month trip overseas to celebrate.
Woodend Primary has been my second home for just over fifteen years and holds a special place in my heart. I’ve had lots of laughs, conversations and hugs over the years with staff, parents and students and I will miss you all.
Sharon has been a great finance officer at Woodend for the past fifteen years and we are very sad to see her go. We will have more to say about Sharon later in the term. We will be appointing a new finance officer over the next two months, ready for Term 4.

What a great loss to Woodend. A friendly friendly helpful lady whom always appeared to know every child and parent. Enjoy your retirement and travels. Take care. The Vernon family x
