Room 12 students were recently out having a brain break outside during a busy day of learning. This is what a few students created during this time.
Here is what Brianna thinks of playing in nature:
I enjoy playing with nature because there isn’t a limit of what you can do. I like playing with nature because you can choose what you want to build and play with instead of going on the same playground every day.My friend and I built a tent thing out of big branches which had steps inside you go up to a bridge across two trees and at the end there is a branch to swing off. I think it’s really cool to use nature to have fun!
What is your favourite thing about playing in nature?

I AGREE Brianna! I grew up playing outside and with nature and this had a huge impact on who I am today! I have a passion for nature and the great outdoors! I am sure this was passed onto me by my parents and my early childhood experiences! I still love exploring creeks and wandering through gardens and bushland. I love creating mini-environments for my animals. You should come to my room and have a look!
