IGNITE is a specialist program for students with high intellectual potential. Aberfoyle Park High School is the official Department for Education school for gifted students in the southern metropolitan area of Adelaide. The IGNITE program is also offered at Glenunga International High School and The Heights.
Aberfoyle Park HS will be having two IGNITE information evenings for perspective families this year, one in term 2 and another in term 4. These are aimed at those interested in sitting the entrance test in 2021 for entry in 2022 (In 2021 both years 6 and 7 will sit the test due to year 7 and year 8 entry in 2022). The entrance test for 2021 was on Saturday morning. If any students had wanted to sit the test on Saturday but didn’t know about it of if you have any IGNITE queries please contact Kathryn Lamb at APHS.
