Cancellation and late payment fee changes

Good afternoon. Can I please draw your attention to the attached letter.
Starting from the upcoming vacation care in July 2018 the cancellation period to avoid the days fee will be 7 days. The reason explained in the letter attached. Please note this is for vacation care only, not OSHC.
Please also note there will be a $5 fee added each week to accounts outstanding 21 days after the invoice has been sent.
Could you kindly all pick up a hard copy of this letter available at the OSHC office. Eloise
