Netball Umpiring Clinic

This year we are fortunate enough to be able to offer Year 5, 6 and 7 students a Netball Umpiring

Clinic runs by Netball SA.

AIM:

The aim of the clinic is to attract young people to netball umpiring by introducing them to an aspect of

the sport other than playing and coaching. Once completing the course, students are able to umpire

games for our school netball competition at SUNA and get paid for it ☺

PRESENTERS:

Clinic presenters will be Accredited National ‘A’ or ‘B’ umpires who currently umpire netball at National

or State Premier Netball Competition level.

CLINIC DETAILS:

The clinic will be run after school on our school netball court. As the clinic runs for 3 hours in total and we will be having two 1 1/2 hour sessions.

TIME:

  • Thursday, 30 March 3.30pm till 5.00pm
  • Thursday, 6 April 3.30pm to 5.00pm.

Students will have to be present at both clinics to complete the course.

COST:

$7.00 per participant

Forms are available in the school office and must be returned with payment by Thursday, 16 March 2017.
