Our Weather Policy has been updated with regard to “hot weather”. The main change is from using the forecast on ABC Evening News to using the 4:00pm BOM forecast. We have also aligned with other schools in setting our maximum temperature to 36C (from 35C). This is how that change reads:
The ‘Hot Weather Policy’ will be applied on a day when: A forecast maximum for Noarlunga of 36C or greater is reported on the Bureau Of Meteorology website at 4:00pm the day before.
